We found the staff extremely friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist. The room was impeccably clean with a cozy atmosphere, perfect for a short stay. The location was fantastic, not far from the city center and with easy access to transportation. What stood out to me the most was the breathtaking view of the Tatras mountains from our room. This added a special charm to our stay. We were deeply satisfied with our experience at the hotel and are grateful for the wonderful memories created.
